Agree, this looks a strong team.

I did read somewhere that we could not play Marcos and Darryl in the same team.
Does the overseas player rule not apply to the EDF?i

Thanks Dave and BJon.

Looks like Wuzz have also named a strong team, so should be a good game. Good to see teams taking this seriosly.

Looks an interesting prospect - and I'm glad the John/Johnny Murphy issue is now cleared up - I'd been told his name was Johnny - the announcers called him John - but apparently it is actually Johne - pronounced Johnny!

That's okay BJ, I had to do a double take myself - at first glance I thought Gary Sherrard had been having a bad typo day - but it does explain the confusion between the lists saying John and the commentator saying Johnny.

I don't have a season ticket this year but I do have tickets for saturday (hooray!). I am particularly looking forward to seeing the young lads Murphy, Ayerza and Crane play - I have been hearing a lot of good things about these guys and it will be good to see them in action. For all the negative press that the EDF cup gets it's a great arena for these guys to hone their talents and really challenge their rivals in the first XV.

Glad to see young johne is in the pack again after his great try last week. Also pleased that Cullen has kept the captian's role. I wonder if the commentators will get confused with all our murphys. I prefer Guinness myself, but wouldn't say no to geordan!
