To a certain extent Gatland is reaping what he sowed, but there's a lack of money in the game, it won't just be Welsh players moving abroad for money, even the Irish RFU is strapped for cash. The pro game world wide is under financial pressure, let's hope success in the World Cup will bring some respite from it.
