Re: Championship rugby
Cornish Pirates can take a significant step towards the premiership by beating jersey reds today. A win of any type would get them into second just a 3 or 4 points behind Doncaster but with two games in hand.
Pirates then have away fixtures to Ealing and Doncaster. What a cracking end to a season. Why is it not being televised?

What has happened to Ealing they were supposed to run away with it
Re: Championship rugby
Ealing are right up there too. A point ahead of Pirates having played one more game.
Pirates getting to the Premiership would not be good news for Exeter, who currently have the pick of the best Devonian and Cornish youngsters.

It would be great to see Doncaster come up. From memory they have a nice ground and geographically it would fill that hole left by Leeds demise

Ideal world Doncaster and Cornwall would come up and Wasps or Worcester get kicked down, would give the league more spread in a ring-fenced case.
Midlands really 1 club too many.

Re: Championship rugby
How about Nelson Wasps, the first professional rugby club based on an offshore oil platform.
No, not that one!
Remember, whatever you do to the smallest of the backs you do to his prop, and you can't avoid the rucks and mauls forever...
I know you don't like it when I boo him but how else will he know he's wrong?

How many employees are on an offshore oil platform? They might get a better attendance out there...

Good shift from Vanes again, another line out maul try. He’s really come into his own after a run of games.
Re: Championship rugby
It's not been confirmed yet if Donny or Ealing can go up, but has been confirmed that Cornish Pirates can't

Cornish Pirates have the toughest run in, still to play Doncaster and Ealing
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.
