Great game - well done both sides.
But the play offs are in general a terrible way to decide who is champions.
They might be necessary for sports that
i) struggle to drum up commercial support or justified in sport and
ii) where it’s rare for a match to decided by refereeing errors,
but I’ll have to disagree - politely - if others think either of those criteria apply.

Unfortunately the international matches being during the club season, which is a fair argument, wins out.
I'd really like to see the Premiership Champions be decided over the season, and perhaps a cup competition developed to take place with the Premiership and Championship sides to try and bring them closer together and to be played during international periods and have a season finale at Twickenham.

Reverting the PRC back to the FA Cup would increase the competitiveness of the championship and would encourage tv coverage and maybe a bit more investment in the lower leagues.
