Harry Simmons signs a new deal.
Very pleased with that the lad is IMO the best SH coming up.

Another one for the future. Good sign that he wants to sign again, which could be the Murphy factor.

I am very looking forward to the next 3. Great start with the 3 for the future. Good for the club.

Suspect the next 3 will be Joe Hayes, Jordan Olowofela and Jonah Holmes going by the tweet of future stars. Although I also hope they’ve locked down Karr and Raffell so they’re not swayed to sign for teams on their country to further international ambitions.
Maybe they’ll announce a couple of new signing at the fan forum.

All good re-signings so far. Very happy with our crop of scrum halves in particular. Hopefully we can continue to keep them all happy.
Anyone cynical who thinks the timing is to improve the mood at the fans forum this evening?

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2018/19 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 5
interesting times, I was looking at our Academy squad which covers players born in 2000. 2001 and 2002. I would assume that those born in 2000 will be too old next season so will have to move up to Development or be released and to make room for promotion some currently in Development will move into match squad or move out. Pleased to see Wells, White and Simmons have re-signed and unlike many I am sorry to see Kitch' go, he has been a good servant to us, never quite made international standard but is a far better player than many Tigers fans think he is. It will take a very good player to replace him and I look forward to the announcement.

His form has seemed to match that of tigers overall. It's been good to see him galloping in space again recently.johnthegriff wrote: ↑Tue Feb 05, 2019 12:42 pm unlike many I am sorry to see Kitch' go, he has been a good servant to us, never quite made international standard but is a far better player than many Tigers fans think he is.
