Start at home to Newcastle, finish with Northampton at home.

A nice fixture list! I like the finish :smt004
Leicester Tigers 1995-
Nottingham 1995-2000
Swansea (Whites) 1988-95
A game played on grass in the open air by teams of XV.

Not a bad set of fixtures during the Autumn internationals and Six nations

What a good grouping of fixtures we start with. Realistically I don't see why we cant win 8 out of the first 10.

I predict the moans will be:

1. Friday night game with Quins - personally I like evening games but a slight pity that this is Quins as they are one of the few visiting teams who bring a decent away support along

2. No home game over the festive period - unless you count Bath early Jan

I am slightly surprised at Saints v Tigers last game of the season. I suspect it may be a bit like Saracens this year - i.e. teams with eyes on forthcoming matches.

Overall, quite a reasonable set of games… chance to visit Exeter, Bath and Glaws in decent weather!

Anyone know when the European fixtures are announced?

Don't forget Andy. Three Tuilagi brothers on the pitch at the same time? :smt026 :smt026 :smt026

Autumn International Period :

R7: Saturday 15/11/14 – 15.00 – Saracens (H) – Welford Road
R8: Sunday 23/11/14 – 14.30 – London Welsh (A) – Kassam Stadium
R9: Saturday 29/11/14, 15.00 – Wasps (H) – Welford Road

Six Nations Period :

R14: Saturday 14//02/15, 15.00 – Gloucester Rugby (H) – Welford Road
R15: Saturday 21/02/15, 15.00 – London Irish (A) – Madejski Stadium
R16: Saturday 28/02/15, 15.00 – Sale Sharks (H) – Welford Road
R17: Sunday 08/03/15, 15.00 – Newcastle Falcons (A) – Kingston Park

During the international periods, is it better to play :

1. the big (similarly depleted) teams where we miss out on the best players going toe to toe
2. the bottom teams that you would expect to get 5 points from (with a full strength side) but may slip up against or only get 4 points from
or 3. those in the middle that will think they have a chance of turning us over ?

Shame about the Sarries game, but they also have Saints & Exeter during the autumn period and then Bath & Sale during the 6N. Saints also have some tough games during that time, so it would appear we have been treated well by the fixtures computer !!
Loving the final game choice too - Saints at home, with who knows what at stake for both teams = bring it on :smt035 :smt035

I was thinking most would welcome 10 out of 11 home fixtures scheduled to kick off at 3pm on a Saturday.
I am neither clever enough to understand nor stupid enough to play this game
