Indeed apologies my mistake
Without hope we are nothing, keep the faith, a Tiger for eternity

Let's not get into a fight over it (sorry).BJ. wrote:His name is Mele (or more correctly Mélé), not melee.Noddy555 wrote:On refection I think that this is a wise selection from Cockers, Flood; Melee ...
I am neither clever enough to understand nor stupid enough to play this game
Re: Tigers vs Exeter
True Dad the name is Mele, as opposed to Melee which often happens in Rugby matches. My 57 years of learning and speaking French let me down on this occasion. Tous va bien,Oui?

Re: Tigers vs Exeter
What do people expect from Tigers today?
For me this is a key game. Business end of the season, rested squad, less disruptions from 6Ns than usual, great incentive after Sale dumped Saints yesterday, etc. OK we have a few injuries but who doesn't?
I expect to see really well drilled set pieces and a strong (if not dominant) scrum. And time to see what magic GM and the coaches can conjure with the backs having had 3 weeks with them (albeit excluding Manu). In his book GM talks all about the need for exciting backs play and adventure - so let's be seeing some of that today not least as the sun is out and there is no rain!

The sun was out for the Gloucester match too!

Hamilton in for Tait. Smith to bench
Re: Tigers vs Exeter
That is a shame, I suspect Tait's pace would have been invaluable.Downsouth wrote:Hamilton in for Tait. Smith to bench

Hopefully it is just a minor something and he is not being risked before we play Saints.

Re: Tigers vs Exeter
Exeter should be down to 14. 1 handed slap down? Surely that's a yellow card....certainly was for us against Falcons.
Inconsistent application of the Laws. No wonder coaches get into bother when officials are inept, you never know where you stand.

Great break from Crane and Goneva's gone over. 3rd try just after exeter scored one of their own.

Re: Tigers vs Exeter
Ex down to 14 now following Mumm's high tackle on Williams.
Williams kicks to corner
Goneva over again but ruled a forward pass. Back for another Tigers penalty in the Ex 22, how many more will Richards let them concede in that area before further action?
Williams nails 3 more points.
25-10

Best half we have played for a long time, if we can keep this up in the second half the rest of the premiership will be getting very nervous
