Is he missing some easy mistakes??? Why no knock on??
He always looks for our errors and indescretions.

Again hes made a bad mistake, he needs to get a grip of his game.
Why have we got a poor welsh ref?

Sean Davey was meant to be the ref but is ill / injured.

Suppose that Owens was on the reserves list

Is that why hes not on the ball! Very poor 1st half from both the lads and the ref.

Owens stated on S4C on Thurs evening that he was at Saints on Sat so we had plenty of time to adjust to his style of reffing.

I actually think Nigel Owens is one of the better refs. He didn't lose the game for tigers.

i think he got a high percentage of infringements and was prepared to listen to his TJ's. he had a good game.

I also thought he had a good game. It was up front where we lost the game

interestingly (or not) as a saints fan i thought he had a fairly poor game.

after perpignan, owens is not well regarded in this parish.

& he wasnt the difference today.

I like Nigel Owens, Think he is one of the best and most consistent ref's

However he had a funny game on Saturday. Few weird knock on decisions for instance.

But Everyone is entitled to the odd dodgy decision and frankly we were beaten by Saints taking chances that we didn't. Not the decisions the ref got wrong

It is notable that, as with all good refs, he doesn't get the backchat from the players - a sign they respect him. Mr Barnes, however . . .

I think Owens is one of the best if not the best ref there is at the minute. He has a good rapport with the players, is consistant and gets no back chat, something which i have noticed is creeping into the game.
I think he showed a bit of discression on saturday, neither side could hold onto the ball, it was just that we poorer jugglers.

should certain players borrow a pair of Ben Kays gloves i wonder
