Alan Lewis for the HC Qtr final

Post by FlyingTiger »

Alan Lewis is the ref for the HC Qtr against Bath. Oh dear! Can't we have Mr Pearson please?

Sat next to him on the plane to Perpignan in December and he still had a poor game. Blows way too much.

Ah no Alan Lewis is useless, espiecially at the scrum and breakdown! Much prefer Jutge or Pearson.

I know that he used to be highly rated, including by myself, but AFAIK Jutge hasn't refereed in ages due to injury.

No better or worse than all the others!
Expect chaos at scrums & forward passes not seen or ignored.
Romain Poite best of the refs so far this season.
Keep standing areas in the new stadium!!

you cannot have a english as there are both british team you have to have a natural ref. and if i recall it was a irish ref the last time you played bath at the walkers ground and you lost in the HC

Why worry about the ref, if we play our high calibre running game with tight defence we will sale past the Bath boys.

League and european double is on the cards............................I HOPE!!!! :

It's true. Why worry about the Ref when we can't change the appointment?
And they are all much of a muchness anyway.

My heart sank when I found out that it was Mr Barnes last weekend, but we came through against the league leaders. I was singing WB's praises by half time! ( I may have had some beer.)

Looking forward to the game immensely. :smt001

I thought it was the aforementioned Joel Jutge.

Hey it could be worse, i could be Wayne Barnes!!!

I think his apparent dislike of Tigers is fueled byt the fact he has the same last name as a guy called Stuart!

Whoever it is i can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cheers
