Re: Please get behind your team v Exeter

Wells played his best game I thought, and it made a big difference.

I don't get the caps lock.
It's not that unknown. Mark McCall is similar I believe.

Prob why he needs someone like Peter Hewat though.

Re: Please get behind your team v Exeter

JVP was prob the only subsistition i thought was poor call. Maybe also Kelly also since he was having a great game, but I see why he would have Scott left on. Cracknell for Reffell well I had issues with Cracknell on the bench more than anything else. Reality is Montoya, Cole, Reffell, JVP and Marti...

Re: Please get behind your team v Exeter

Excellent win

Wasn’t perfect at all and Wiese was an idiot but I won’t remember it in the grand scheme of things.

We will see if we can play like that when it matters.

Glad the leavers could go on a win.

TBF even 1st hand sources can be wrong. I would say some posters have credible sources Tigersunited does for example But always interesting when someone who has no prior post with inside information posts all of sudden 1st hand information. I’m not saying it’s not wrong just that I would prob believ...

Not going to say anything other that I have heard from a first hand source today that all is not well within the camp over Mckellar with a number of players not subscribing to his vision and/or methodology. Strange for you to post something negative even after a decent win. I do wonder about some o...

Re: Transfers & Rumours Non-Tigers 2022

Harry Elrington would be a decent pickup for someone. I think he's a solid Prem LH. Not needed by Tigers with Smith, Cronin and Whitcombe. It's nuts to me that Will Goodrick-Clarke and Biyi Alo are both plying their trade in the Championship though. WGC is just a quality EQP LH. Whilst Alo offers t...

Rob Baxter saying that, with his youngsters coming through, Chiefs do not use their full cap. Probably not now, it’s going to be in a couple of seasons time when the cost of keeping some of his young stars will rise considerably Well with Bristol, Gloucester, Saints, Falcons already confirming they...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - KANGAROO MCKELLER: Do you come from a land down under? (Squad thread pt 2)

First announcement could be of who has been promoted from the Senior Academy to the full men's squad, of course there could still be a release of two to be announced, then we will.have a better idea of where the gaps are. I agree that apparently we now have only Pollard as a specialist 10 that is a...

Isn’t the entire concept of a salary cap limiting?

I heard no further ‘significant’ incomings, that’s why I think it’s possible we could move some on to bring in the likes of Moroni. Also heard from a Pal at Bristol, something I’d not considered, in that contracts need not be linear, he said some of their players had agreed deals over 2/3 years wit...

Re: Please get behind your team v Exeter

I think you need the sports package on top.

I have EE and that includes Discovery Plus with the sports package (As it replaced BT sport deal) honestly only thing that makes the EE data plan worth it.
