Cup winning legends

There's a photo on the Tigers' website of a group of Leicester Tigers legends celebrated the 45th anniversary of the famous John Player cup win from the 1978/79 season.

Can anyone name them? Is that Peter Wheeler with one hand on the cup? If so, he's lost an awful lot of weight.

It does look like Peter Wheeler.........when I last saw him at Welford Road, he was showing his age,
