Some season ticket promo on Instagram, I know there are a lot, but shows JVP with Brown in full training gear. Might well see him on the bench for tomorrow

I actually think with Allan having played yesterday for Loughborough it's likely that JVP is match fit so I suspect you may be right. If he is fit he'll play, if not just for the silverware but also match readiness for the following week, but who knows, there are others about who seem to think he may be out for a while.
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

I think that is about as strong a team as we can put out taking into account international selections and having to play in previous rounds.

I think that is a good looking team. I am glad Ilione is in the squad.

Feel it could be close - do people think we’ll get the win?

His release has been kept very quiet. Be interesting to see what happens if either Coley or Stewart go lame

I'd be happier if he was starting. Give us more threat at the breakdown.

I think of our pack can get some level of parity then our experience in the half backs may show. Certainly got a better chance with Heyes, slightly surprised not to see Clare there somewhere, but all in all a decent 23.

Looking at the two 23s, really think we should be winning this one. We’ve a very good backline and should get parity in the pack.

Their back row is based on power, no great turn over threat. Bring him on later when they are tiring.

Agreed arguably 5 of our strongest starting back line and Mike Brown would get in most sides.
Imo we have a slightly stronger bench too

It might depend how we start, we have been pretty awful this season when coming into games "Cold".

Lack of a 7 in a starting XV always worries me.(We need Tommy fit for the rest of the season to challenge for the other bits of silver on offer)
To win is not as important as playing with style!
