Sale are lightly stronger than how they lined up last week, but I'll be disappointed if we don't get the win with the team we've named.

It would appear from that we are going strong against premiership sides and rotating more against championship sides.
Been mentioned that Cracknell has been photographed training, no Cronin in the 23 though

You wouldn’t say many of that team would get in Sales strongest side, there seems to be an absence of any South Africans

I think possibly a bit, all others yet to appear are coming back from injuries
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

Likely carrying a knock or nearing a return following an injury then.

Will be interesting to see Ernst van Rhyn, former junior Springbok captain

Ah your knowledge has definitely trumped mine. Other than this young man there seems to be none of the usual South African names 🤣

At least seven of the Tigers starting 15 would probably not be playing if everyone was available, this selection shows our strength.in depth for this season. Several of the players in the 23 will.present a challenge to the World Cup guys to regain their places and we have a few not away or included at Sale who will also be pushing for a place.
I am really looking forward to this season.
