They've now taken that answer out of the FAQs on the website, which suggests it was a typo (although it would be helpful to clarify the actual position on there as well tbh).longlivethecrumbie wrote: ↑Fri Sep 08, 2023 1:43 pm
It can't be right. As the game is part of the season ticket they have to assume that all season ticket holders will attend.

This makes a good read, just like the old John Player Cup days for them

Good to see all the lads are getting a run out
Re: Tigers vs Caldy (H) - Prem Rugby Cup - Saturday 9th September 2023 KO 3pm
It could be true. The main article on the website only mentions The Final Whistle. With the England game later they may be expecting low numbers and forcing everyone to use The Final Whistle pre-match would raise the numbers for the team walk-through. Machiavelli would be proud. Of course they could be only mentioning The Final Whistle for that same reason, with other bars still open. Either way, it would be very easy for the club to clarify.trendylfj wrote: ↑Fri Sep 08, 2023 12:47 pm Are all the bars and kiosks open?
NO (All bars except Final Whistle will be closed) ... from 1.30pm.
Quote from the website "game plan"
are they really saying no bars open for 3 sides of the ground?
surely the kiosks will be selling beer inside the ground?

The Final Whistle opens at 12 but the gates for entry to the Stadium does not open till 1-30pm.
I expect that the bars and outlets within the stadium will be available for drinks and food as usual.

Here's a question where are all the tigers fans ?? Crumbie half full, breedon virtually empty, mattioli woods third full and yodel half empty !!!!
I think you enjoy the game more if you don't know the rules. Anyway, you're on the same wavelength as the referees.

29 minutes in Tigers 7 - 6 Caldy. Hardly the best game to come out for when the weather is like this and the world cup is on.

Caldy staying out in the shade at halftime - good move! They’re doing better than I expected - helped by a few random reffing decisions! We seem to be trying too hard and so muffing chances.

Just seen Porter has come off for Atkinson on Twitter?
Is that an injury, or is Atkinson into the centres?
