I take it the women's side have an agreement with them like the men's does with Nottingham?Hot_Charlie wrote: ↑Sat Sep 16, 2023 6:49 am Bozon, Holly Williams, Chalk and Iavarone all starting for Lichfield 1st XV this weekend. Gale and Gordon on the bench.

Re: Leicester Tigers Women 2023/24 - Vicky Macqueen in 'The Magnificent Fifteen'
Its game week!
Our first proper fixture of this new era is at 2pm on Saturday, away at Sale. Should be a great yardstick for exactly where we're at. I don't think there's any broadcast, unfortunately.
Also, congrats to Leah Bartlett, Elis Martin, Eva Donaldson and Fran McGhie for making the final training squad for Scotland's WXV2 campaign in South Africa next month. They play a warm-up at home to Spain on the 30th.
Finally, the Red Roses are back in action over the next two weekends, with two tests against Canada. Amy Cokayne and Meg Jones are part of the squad preparing for WXV1 in New Zealand.

Tahlia Brody, Tess Feury and Keia Mae Sagapolu have been named in the USA squad for WXV2 in South Africa, as well as a warm-up in Wales at the end of the month.
Meanwhile, flanker Roisin McBrien gave a nice interview ahead of our opening fixture at the weekend. I especially like the part about the clubhouse at Oaks Park. I'd understood the importance of the team having their own dedicated training space, but I didn't really consider that also coming with their own clubhouse for socialising too.

Good luck - will be a real test but can't wait to see how we match up at this level regardless of the result. Massive progress by the club and the foundations are in placeDarc Tiger wrote: ↑Fri Sep 22, 2023 11:39 am Here we go!

Re: Leicester Tigers Women 2023/24 - Vicky Macqueen in 'The Magnificent Fifteen'
where is the women's league shown, highlights etc.? I would have thought the club would publicise it.
