Confirmation that we're playing away at Henley Hawks on Sunday afternoon, which will be our only warm-up match. Looks like we'll be using the cup fixtures to try and get up to speed ahead of the Premiership, similar to the men's side. Starting XV very close to what you'd expect from last season. Just Amanda Swartz at 13 bumping Childs and Jones one inside. I suppose the coaches want to see what progress has been made over preseason. A bunch of new faces on the overloaded bench.

Sounds like it was good win, but we’ll have to work on our ball retention before the season begins. Hopefully there will some highlights uploaded by the club?

I don't disagree with you, which is interesting as our initial squad was obviously a mix of talented raw youngsters and some who'd spent a few years around the fringes of the Prem 15s and the second/third tiers of Women's rugby.
