personally I think Whitcombe is better anywayTigerFeetSteve wrote: ↑Sat Jan 27, 2024 7:21 am Not sure how serious the Van Wyk injury is, but it further hits our depleted prop ranks.
Whilst not the side of our shortage, Richardson may have been the next LH, fortunately both Van Der Flier & Miell seem to be looking pretty good so not terrible news but certainly want Van Wyk back by the return of the league.

To win is not as important as playing with style!

Good news. A pack with Genge, Martin, and Roots is getting back to where we need to be.TigerFeetSteve wrote: ↑Tue Feb 06, 2024 8:30 am https://twitter.com/CharlieFelix/status ... Eh38Q&s=19

Cheering on the Tigers in Detroit.
Previously a slower, shorter, less good looking version of Tom Croft.

He's not in the squad for the Wales game so training only this week. As you say, hopefully back for the Scotland game. Based on the game Vs Italy we are lacking a little bit of physicality up front.

Simmons' IG account suggests he had eye surgery last week.

Does anyone know the latest on where Watson is at, could he possibly play v Ealing?

Probably not eligible given he wasn't a Tigers player during the group stages so would need an exemption to be allowed to play even if he was back fit.shanghaitiger wrote: ↑Wed Feb 14, 2024 3:32 pm Does anyone know the latest on where Watson is at, could he possibly play v Ealing?

Re: 23/24 Injury/Suspension/Absent International List
As they are not in the squad v Scotland, I suspect that the next hint we will see as to where Watson and JVP are is if they are recruited in to the England A side for some game time next week. I suspect not and there have not even been any rumours of when Watson may return.

He’s been quality this Six Nations, best 7 in the tournament. Always thought he was purely a defensive player but he’s got a great offloading game now too.

Dolly:He's progressing but at this point, we're just making sure he's getting the best care available.
Porter:Dolly should be back available for
selection shortly.
Porter is coming back from concussion, so hopefully he'll be able to do some contact work today.
