Wonder if Joe Powell could be looked at long term depending on what Ben Youngs is going to do next.
Quite a fan of Powell espcially during his time with the brumbies.

Great work. I get the song, but it did give my ears a bashing.

Apparently former Sale 15 and Caldy young player of the season Gourlay is going to Loughborough, potentially one to keep an eye on.

I feel like the club will be looking at a lot of young cheap back 3 options.

Haven't seen much of him, he had a right stinker vs us last season.

We've not really replaced Wigglesworth so that third spot is still quite open with Whiteley, Edwards competing for it.

On the prev thread there were some questions about Notts, I believe this partnership is still active, https://www.leicestertigers.com/news/pa ... ham-210818 and there is fairly regular joint sessions during the season.
Goooooodeeeeeyyyyy!

I feel like he would suit more our style than Irish. Especially with McKeller
At Brumbies he very much reminded me of Sam Harrison. Underrated box kicker, skill and very aggressive near the goal line.
Granted that was a while ago so things might have changed.

Yeah this is why I think Fowkes as Transition coach who's job it is to get players from Senior Academy to the first team is a really astute selection

He not only played 200 odd games for Nottingham, he was assistant coach and head coach there for a period.

So he's a guy who knows Nottingham as a club inside out, so him as a key link between the clubs seems a really useful addition to the staff to me, even before you get to the fact he's worked with Everard before in his role at Wasps

8am that message came through. Does that mean there are quite a few more today, or are they just starting early and spreading them out a bit more?....

Neat group of signings, only real question mark is on Williams, as to why we need him.

Only a Loosehead maybe missing, but if the rumours are right that we have signed an international one so that could be a seperate announcement.

Ramage not on the list so maybe just training with us a bit, or is he young enough we could sign him to the senior academy
