Will Goodrick-Clark is also still available. Sutherland would be the better player but WGC has been a very consistent player for LI and is at an age where he's coming into his peak, I think he was a former Loughborough University player as well.

Not capped though is he. The rumour is it’s a NH capped propsam16111986 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 05, 2023 7:41 pmWill Goodrick-Clark is also still available. Looking at ins and outs I don't 100% know if we would have the cap for another out and out starter

I think two threads were merged so the first page is done chronologically...RagingBull wrote: ↑Wed Jul 05, 2023 8:47 pm Also what happened to the thread?

I think I'd want to have confirmation of Watson and the Senior academy to know where the whole squad realistically sits.RagingBull wrote: ↑Wed Jul 05, 2023 8:42 pm Looking at ins and outs I don't 100% know if we would have the cap for another out and out starter
Likelihood of van Wyk for example, being out of contract next year, so maybe that would pave the way for a starter LH?!
Guess we won't know whether we have the funds for a 'starter' LH, but personally if we keep Watson and don't sign another back-3 player we might have room for a more starter LH with Potter leaving.

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - Crocodile McKeller: Men at Work
Last 12 months has seen a change of
IN: Sam Carter, Mike Williams, Rogerson, Joe Powell, Tom Whiteley, Charlie Atkinson, Kieran Wilkinson, Solomane Kata, Ollie Hassell-Collins, Josh Bassett, Jamie Shillcock, Mike Brown,
New contracts for:
Cam Henderson
Charlie Clare
Dan Cole
Dan Kelly
Dan Richardson
Harry Simmons
George Martin
Freddie Steward
Jack Van Poortvliet
Ollie Chessum
Will Hurd
Julián Montoya
Guy Porter
Harry Wells
James Whitcombe
Out of that list prob only Dan Cole might be on less. Vast majority will be on more
We have had out some big names out but still I just not sure we will have the cap for a big name till next season, I guess we will see.
Squad looking real good though for the cap increase next season we could look to add potentially.
Starting Loosehead
Centre depth maybe
Wing depth
Honestly looking like a squad on paper that could challenge for Europe.

I had a quick look and it's not been confirmed but was rumoured. They have signed Lewis Boyce for next season so have already recruited at least one loosehead. Biyi Alo has also gone there.RagingBull wrote: ↑Wed Jul 05, 2023 9:02 pmTBF West had gone to Ealing as wellFrontRowUnionMember wrote: ↑Wed Jul 05, 2023 9:01 pmI thought I’d seen Goodrick-Clarke had gone to Ealing.sam16111986 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 05, 2023 7:41 pm

Ealing are linked with a lot of players, even ones that are definitely not going to sign for them (ala Freddie Burns).

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - Crocodile McKeller: Men at Work
They’ve also signed Lewis Boyce from Bath and Brad Thyer from Cardiff, not LH’s. Plus already secured 4 of their current props on new deals. Seems a bit overkill.

Faithless is he that says farewell when the road darkens.
