Nearly as bad as that horrendous noise BT Sport have when they break for adds. I was convinced my telly was getting stuck have it a gentle whack a couple of times.

What is the thinking behind that noise ?

Wasn't the Sarries player offside? It was a lineout, albeit a quick throw, don't opponents have to be back 10 mts?

I don't believe so. A quickly taken lineout does not need to be straight which I think means for the opposition to have a chance there are no offside lines (may be wrong in my understanding here though)

Taylor looked to be perfectly inline when Webb threw the ball in.

What the officials might have missed was the Malins appeared to try to touch the ball after it went into touch, to stop the quick throw. That would mean the ball was dead and the try should have been chalked off.

Given his involvement before the card and the fact that I went to extra time I think it would have been a different result

How ironic that they have chosen 3pm on 23rd April to test the national alert system. Saracens at home against Irish is the only prem fixture that day. They must have thought the sound would be acceptable in that environment.
