Earlier on in the season, I stupidly claimed that Pollard was a waste of money. That was partly out of frustration at his lack of fitness, but I'm clearly an actual idiot. The guy is brilliant.

Looks a fantastic 23 from where I am sitting.

Bristol have a good line up too, so should be an excellent game.
Radrada against Gopperth lets see how that goes :smt009
Centres.....without Kelly.....and Porter. A worry.
Went well, not a worry at all.

Like many others, I thought this might be a banana skin. But it proved a good win in the end with an excellent second half. Well done to the team. I think Pollard is really playing like the class player we knew he was. We might well be on for top four.

Looks like a lower leg injury, but I may be wrong

I'll eat my humble pie with an extra large Remy to wash it down.

Maybe I'll get to "date" Ms Katchanski too! 🤣🤣

Was on Jankers in the kitchen today after over indulging last night, cooking a huge passanda for this evening. Only seen the result.

Great win, Saffas, Martin and obviously Montoya stand outs for me.

Re. the stream, it froze on the screens inside Welford road too so not actually a ‘stream’ fault.

I too was apprehensive, especially when watching Bristol’s speedy handling, but we stuck at it and did brilliantly. Well done Tigers, you’re true defending champions!

Suspect the Bristol replacement open side was questioning his life choices after that dust up at the final whistle :smt045

That’s a superb win. Like others I was a little worried about this one but we were comfortable winners in the end.

Pollard was as good today as any George Ford performance I’ve seen in a tigers shirt. He is top class.

Do we know who got motm?

Genge was getting very mardy after being smashed by cole in the scrum 3 times, and pollard dinked the ball over him for his try.

Pressure on Sale now. Any doubts on Wigglesworth’s coaching credentials banished as well. Gopperth looks better every game. Him and Pollard work well together.

Well credit where credit is due Gopperth was imperious in defence indeed as was the whole team. A brilliant team performance when we looked very vulnerable for the first 20mins. Youngs great try but he was so slow off the ruck and scrum he got caught twice dithering and threw a horrendous pass to Brown from a defensive scrum on our 5 metre line that he had to take over his head to kick clear to touch from behind our goal line. Shame about Watson and Scott going off injured yet again we find ourselves struggling for fit centres at the business end of the season. If we can survive Europe without more injuries especially to key players we are very well set. Well played Tigers I did not see that performance coming it was epic.

Genge going Mardy. Love it. I've missed that expression.
