My goodness that will be a body blow to Saints...

If my maths is correct a TBP win will lift us above Saints now

Not many first teamers on the pitch for Saints but Bristol, like Bath tomorrow v us, have a very strong side out. But you can only beat what’s put before you so well done Bristol.
It’s been a strange season with everyone pulling off surprise wins!
Just hoping we can scrape a win tomorrow.

You just hate to watch Saints' biggest ever Prem defeat. You hate to.

Hate to.

What a great game. Really compelling and flowing. Bears were a joy to watch. Saints tackling was slightly absent and abysmal. But you can only beat what’s on the table and Bears just had breakfast, lunch and dinner all in one sitting. Great advert for rugby.

Can’t believe that score! Either Bristol have been at the energy drinks, or Saints took a wrong turn and a reserve team played!

They certainly were missing key players, but oh my what a terrible beating they took.

He’s not looked the part internationally as yet. Too lightweight - not for me right now regardless of his premiership form.

What he thinks and what will happen are often very different things.

Our style of play is not as open as Saints, think Bristol will struggle to play anything like that type of game vs us...

I only watched the first 30 minutes but I wouldn’t get carried away with that result, still back us to beat them at Welford Road, that’s a very weak Saints team on paper and on the pitch!

First choice props on the bench, first choice hooker, one first choice lock and second choice lock alongside him. It's second choices across the backrow mind. First choice 10/12/13 though. That's not weakened enough to excuse the complete humbling they've just experienced.

When Bristol turn it on they are very good. Consistency isn't a byword down there though. They are on a bit of a run so it will be a tough ask playing them.
