I've put in a request on the Leinster forum for us to have Leo Cullen back...................................

Any thoughts on Simon Middleton?

Could bring a Tigers based coaching team that he is used to Louis Deacon and Scott Bemand?

Has Premiership Experience and has taken England Woman to the next level.

Appreciate though that England Woman may benefit from more funding than other nations.

Just doesn't have relevant coaching experience at the top of the men's game. Assistant coaching roles at Leeds a decade or 2 ago then some years steamrolling other nations in massively mismatched pro vs amateur matches with England.

His CV isn't anywhere near as strong as the other names being mentioned and shouldn't be in the conversation IMO.

Not sure what people see in Michael Cheika?

I thought McFarland was a popular option but not many seem to be voting for him.

He has won quite a lot, and led consistently high performing teams. The club might decide he isn't the right fit, but it's hard to imagine there would be anyone available and interested with a better CV.

You have to just look at all the Argentinian players to see how good they are, including our own, he has been coaching them all.

Frikkie (subs, check spelling) Erasmus, Rassie's lawyer, says there is no chance Rassie will come to Tigers as he is committed to his contract with SARU.

I don’t know where to put this, but seemed relevant in some degree to this thread:

I’ve seen on Twitter an advertisement for a Women’s Head Coach at Tigers.

I thought Vicky MacQueen was the women's Head Coach? Are we losing her as well, have I missed something there?!? Apologies if it’s me being thick!

Could it be that she cannot commit those hours to the role?
