Was that really a yellow card for Willis - put him on his back, penalty at worst

I don’t understand how that’s a yellow card. Again- no replay in real speed.

What I notice is how different the laws are interpreted between the Prem, Europe and International games. It seems to be getting worse. As others have said seatbelt tackles don’t seem to count, the breakdown is brutal.

Ireland haven’t played that well but are a quality side.

England have something to build on.

IBWT.

A panel from the Six Nations disciplinary group, generally made up of 3 reps from the unions.
his defence is simple "it was a knock on by Ireland so I knew I didn't have to make a tackle as the ball was coming back I just tried to avoid him once I realised I wasn't going to get the ball and he ran straight into me. If Jaco Peyper blows the whistle as soon as it goes to Keenan none of this happens"

He has a free reign to select a group of EPS players for the World Cup I believe

Oh and by the way despite what sir said …… was it reckless - nope , nothing swinging , he ran into me. High degree of danger- nope, his force running into me. Mitigating factors - plenty which sir choose to ignore eg his head was at waist height, it looked like he was about to kick a ball that had been knocked on so I was pulling out of the tackle.

I can’t get over Peypers “no mitigating factors” line!

if Freddie gets a 2 game ban England need to line up 2 games against the Barbars next week and pick him for both of them after tacking our coaching staff then breaking our Chessum ...
