I can't speak for names, faces, dates and times but we see and hear of this a lot. Why does the man at the bottom get stepped all over while other people get away with things scot free and in most cases move along and do it again?! Shouldn't there be severe penalties for this kind of mismanagement?

+1 pee's me right off that these cowboys, Wasps as well, will be allowed to this again and again screwing people out of their hard earned and living a life of luxury. It's fraud.Scott1 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 13, 2022 10:53 am I can't speak for names, faces, dates and times but we see and hear of this a lot. Banned for year and a small fine, hardly fits the crime does it, ruined a business and trashed peoples careers and they will no doubt be at it again in no time at all, wrong, just wrong.

Absolute joke though, that decision. Seven hundred odd quid fines, yeh right, that'll make them think about doing again in the future!!

A joke? It was purely on one set of unsubmitted accounts, which was "the crime" in this case - not the collapse of the club. The court case and decision was completely unrelated to the subsequent events.Absolute joke though, that decision. I'm sure in due course they will face more sanctions if more further wrongdoing is found and investigated and proven.
