I thought Pollard had a good game. The ABs did not.
I missed the second half of the Argentina game having dropped off! No reflection on the game...long day.

Argentina looked good for the win but fell apart after Montoya went off and they conceded a yellow card and penalty try. It was a complete 180

Few changes for the Boks with rotated front row and Vermullen at 8 instead of Wiese who is on the bench.
Jesse Kriel starts on the wing and a 6/2 split on the bench again.

The All Blacks drop both props, one to the bench and one entirely. Switch Ioane and Frizell between bench and start, Mo'unga in at 10 for Barrett. Not sure that really fixes the problems they were having personally what with Scott Barrett still in the second row and Cane at 7 both being players I'd rotate out.

Not sure what Cane is bringing to the party, and why he has kept the captaincy. Assume Retalick is injured which is the reason for keeping Barrett at lock

The whole pack looks lost, bar Savea! Its not a vintage set of props at all,and Retallick isn't the player he was even when fit. The MF isn't right either and they badly struggle with an in your face blitz defence. A loss tomorrow and Foster is sacked by the end of Sunday night.

Strange decision to move him to 12 when Le Roux came on you would have thought less disruption just to Willemsee on the wing
Though as typing Am cuts the All blacks to shreds

Backline is pretty flexible with those out there. Le Roux is a good option with them chasing. Willemse stepping up too.

Of course and the commentary team seem to feel Willemse has gone to 12. Pollard skipper now too I think

Considering the circumstances, that's got to go down as one of the great All Blacks wins.
