I would put Lawes in the second row for hill and play Curry, Mako and Ludlum in the back row. Would also drop smith and play Ferrell at 10 with Porter and Marchant at centre.

Hill was very good mate tbf, can’t see him being dropped. Agree on your MF though

Would agree with the OP team, depending on Itoje fitness, he certainly he didn’t look as bad as the Aussie

Let’s face it Eddie will stick with Smith-Farrell. I’d give them another game together and then draw judgement after the series.

Assuming Itoje and Willis are fit, the only change (from the 2nd Test) I would make would be Willis for Underhill. Ludlam has had a good impact on both games but I think he’s better suited to a role off the bench than as a starter.

While Stuart has stepped up in the loose, you could make a case for Heyes to start, as Stuart gave away a couple of penalties in the scrum.
Cheering on the Tigers in Detroit.
Previously a slower, shorter, less good looking version of Tom Croft.

This is why Earl should have been in the touring squad. Underhill was never in form and has been a weak link as has Smith been. Hoping to see.

Genge George Stuart
Chessum Hill
Lawes Vunipola Ludlam
JVP Farrell (c)
Porter Marchant
May Steward Nowell

Mako LCD Heyes Isiekwe Willis Care Smith Freeman

I’m guessing someone like Launch won’t get called up for Itoje, would make a useful bench option.

I'm not sure I'd be surprised if EJ didn't call in injury cover, using it (or claiming to use it) as a simulation for injuries late in a World Cup.
No, not that one!

Remember, whatever you do to the smallest of the backs you do to his prop, and you can't avoid the rucks and mauls forever...

I know you don't like it when I boo him but how else will he know he's wrong?

Shouldn't need to call anyone up for one more game. Chess, Hill, Isekwe, Lawes.

Glad to hear Itoje feels fine - but this is why the players no longer make the decision and the return to play protocols must rule him out.
