Well he certainly fits the criteria to be a Tigers coach............
Nah, he's not an ex-Tiger 😉
Oh wait for it.............. he soon will be :smt003

Not unless he leaves after his short term contract, goes elsewhere and then comes back, otherwise he would just be migrating from player to coach :smt003

Joe Cockanasiga has signed a new deal at Bath. Does that impact the Hassell-Collins move I wonder , as there were rumours that Big Joe was returning to Irish.

Don’t think so. More than one source says that Hassell-Collins is a done deal.

I wonder if Parton moving on has allowed Irish to up their offer. Maybe also now he's higher up the England pecking order he feels able to stay at Irish.

Signing Bassett and OHC would be interesting.

Yes but wouldn’t surprise me if Ashton and Saumaki are off.

Ashton almost definitely. We've also lost Nadolo which should cover the recruitment of OHC.

Saumaki, will depend on what he's like at training and what offers he has on the table. I suspect he's fairly cheap and seems a quiet and humble bloke. Could be a good squad man to retain as we don't have wingers coming through the academy. Ditto Murimurivalu, though he also brings a shedload of experience and has been mentioned as bringing a feel good factor in camp.

Think Kini signed a new deal recently but Saumaki never seems to make the 23 so bit of a luxury if we’re not playing him.

As opposed to squad slots and money, it's the fact you're be trying to recruit two players who almost exclusively play in the same position and are used to starting for their current (Premiership) clubs.

OHC is an out and out starter, not sure you can say the same for Bassett, certainly behind Lynaugh & Murley
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

Yes OHC would be a starter for us while Bassett would be a great squad option and international cover

OHC would be our first choice winger, followed by Potter, Bassett and then either another new signing or one or two of Murimurivelu, Saumaki or Ashton.
