Suspect Cowan-Dickie will go back to Cornish Pirates after the AI's.
Also Dolly might be out for a while, Vanes is still pretty untested.
Means Vanes can spend a full season at Notts getting experience. I agree the TCD. Be interesting to see if the Aussie hooker rumoured to be joining comes in as well.
Can’t see Horton coming too now, unless there is another leaver apart from TCD
Agree with all others Taufetee is a heck of a pick up.
Horton till the end of AI's and returning to super rugby would make sense given
Montoya - With Argentina
Taufetee - With USA
Dolly - Injured most likely

Agreed. The need is clear. But I am not sure about the need for backs unless there is something we don't know...
Well Hegarty and Nadolo either rumoured or confirmed off
Shelly is EQP and young potentially a case of sign now whilst cheap or risk missing him later.

And Ashton is 35. Watson, Porter and Steward could all be away with England as well.
Montoya, Taufetee, Clare, Horton (Dolly), Vanes.
Have to agree, having TCD aswell seems overkill.
Horton effectively replaces Dolly short term, so not counting both as individuals.
Who do we think the third signing is, Horton I’d assume? Assuming that’s the squad, still feel a little light at back row given MVS unfortunate departure, unless the club believe Illone is close enough to be a genuine first team factor. Whilst I wasn’t expecting a full international signing, I did expect another addition, given how at times in PRC we had to play Van Wyk, Whitcombe, Dolly and Murimurivalu in the back row as we were so short on numbers.
Potential contract extensions on another day?

If Shelley is as fast as billed, he could be poetry in motion
Could be frightening. A real monster in attack.
If Hegarty is off and Steward is to miss so much of the season with England call ups etc then extra fullback makes a lot of sense. Watson might find himself back in the England fold quite quickly as well.
The Australian academies are proving quite a fertile ground for Tigers it seems! Good luck to Shelley. Hope he has the impact Porter and Potter have had.
As for Taufete I thought he was pretty good at Worcester. Though I do wonder whether we have some hookers leaving or going out on loan as we do have rather a lot at the moment…

Hookers, yes. Hookers fit and available to play, no.

With the work they are expected to do around the park it is a very arduous position. Also with Montoya position in the Puma’s side he will be possibly be missing for up to 50% of all games
