I attach the details just issued from the BBC. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/rugby-union/63135751
Intresting is says they have applied for more time, not that it's been granted

Am I reading it correctly that Wasps are trying to put something together to deal with the HMRC bill, and that the bond issue is a different matter entirely?

HMRC are likely to be the biggest and first battle that Wasps will have to deal with I would expect.......they will be top of the list for any payment and could liquidate the club if no payments were forthcoming, similar to Worcester.

Still digging for a solution it seems, but as Wuss were relegated, can't see how Wasps can avoid the same process.

His line today was more around should the league allow a club with the history etc of Wasps to be relegated if they go into administraton? Basically one rule for Wuss and one for Wasps....

Well he would say that wouldn't he.... then again so would we probably if it was Tigers.
Dayglo's face if Wasps went belly up would be a delight....in their own way they are as badly run as Worcester.

Absolutely agree. Gambling on moving to a completely different (and not neighbouring) county and gamble on taking on a stadium way in excess of their needs was just bonkers. Then to screw over their own fans with the bonds. Let's be honest, they were never going to be able to pay them back - COVID or no COVID!

The problem is not that a once great wasps team has gone to the wall, rather it is around 100 ish (?) people losing their jobs, through no fault of their own. I don’t suppose Dallaglio mentioned them , or their counterparts at Worcester.
