For me personally, unless injured Ashton has to play. Nadalo has been great but he is too slow and not good under the high ball.
Discipline will be a huge factor.
Totally agree, it nearly cost us against Saints

Interestingly, for me personally I take the opposite view. It’s going to be a hard physical fight and Nadolo offers physicality and a point of difference in attack. Just need to get him one on one with his smaller opposite number like we often did earlier in the season. Kind of like bringing a shotgun to a knife fight.

The game was sorted by the time Nadolo came on for a couple of hefty carries. I'd also say Nadolo is better under the high ball and has a better kicking game than Ashton.
I have no idea where this stuff about Nadolo has come from. He seems to have gone from hero to average on here !! Not quick enough, high ball issues, defensive woes. Those tries at Saints, the runs from the back field vs Gloucester etc seem to have been forgotten. I think we’re all agreed we need our very best performance on the field for Saturday. Our attack isn’t exactly purring is it, so surely you put your most potent people on the pitch. Are we looking to contain Sarries or impose our game on them ? At least let’s go down having fired a few shots, if that’s how it’s going to unfold. Nadolo starts.

Ashton is far better under a high ball also he can tackle and tackles low enough to stay on the pitch
Nemani starts or doesn't play is my view, I would start him, regardless of his fading skills you can't afford not to mark him if you are the opposition, we have such a limited game plan, having a player like Nemani could create something.
As for the other selections, I think Chessum is wasted on the bench, a brave selection would be to go Wells & Chessum with Henderson on the bench, in the back row Reffell has to start for me he has been one of our best players all season.
Most importantly if we dont win, let's make sure we don't give the game away.
We have all admired Nadalo but, a bit like the whole team, he has lost a bit of form.
Sarries will be hugely physical but their back line has serious pace and I worry that like at Quins, the defence will be pulled out of place if Nadalo starts.
I feel this is a replica of the Leinster game: if we find our best form and Sarries are somehow a bit below theirs we could sneak it. Hence, if fit, Ashton starts.
His running lines, support play was severely missed v Saints.
It will be great to cheer the team on a Twickers. I’m hoping we will win but realistically think Sarries will be too strong physically and creatively.
Already quite a few in the press just reckon Sarries have to turn up so let’s have a real good go at them and we fans turn up the noise.

Not sure if this has been discussed elsewhere but Montoya looked like he was struggling with his knee towards the end of the game on Saturday.
Yeah he wasn't firing on all cylinders but he was definitely fired up for it and lasted better than most the Saints forwards. Big celebrations from him when we won that turnover.
