They have some good players, Harding, Thomas, Vui, but unsure of their strength in depth. Thacker has turned out at 7 for them recently

To be be fair they have a few good hookers. The depth at lock and prop is pretty dire though. Spending cap on the tight five would be better for them though we don't know who's leaving them yet.

Forget the cap, the coach is the one that needs changing. Style over substance.

You're not wrong but he's got a contract until 2028 and it's rumoured to be worth £800k a season.

Bang on the numbers, that man is going nowhere. That contract will go down as one of the worst deals seen in professional rugby, Bristol have completely snookered themselves by anchoring in with Lam.

Rumoured exodus from Cardiff and Dragons. Big names like Grady, Carre, Johnny Williams, Tomos Williams, Dyer etc on the move.
Johnny Williams as a 12 wouldn’t be a bad shout. Rumour Carre and T.Williams to Gloucester.

I wonder if this is associated with the rumours of a Cardiff/Newport merger

Why do we need another 12? We've got two international inside centres as is.

Carre would be a welcome addition given our need at LH. If both clubs are losing players might give credence to the Wainwright rumours for us.

Because Dan Kelly has not been the same since his injury. He's fallen down the pecking order a bit. Scott is old, Porter could be off and Cokanasiga is not being trusted. Cusick and Woodward are perhaps a season or two from being trusted as a 12 and 13 centre pairing in the premiership.

I think Dan Kelly has been written off way too soon, still a very good player with bags of potential.

100% agree with this. Still only 22 and a quality player. Been asked to perform a different role with Kata inside him, and was very good against Bath.
Posters will soon be up in arms when Sale sign him to replace Manu
