In my defence, I was left unsupervised….

We could bring him back & not bother with Cashton, would suit me.
To win is not as important as playing with style!

Would be brilliant business to bring Holmes back IMO

If Murimurivalu is going then he would be an ideal and dare I say better replacement

The form he was in when he left us? Yes!
The form he's been in for the last 12 months? Nope.
Happy days clearing straw from the pitch before the Baa-Baas games! KBO

Think like when Burns came back, he understood he wasn't definitively the first choice, if we take Holmes back, he needs to work out where he fits relative to our first choice which is IMO Nadolo, Potter & Stewardstrawclearer wrote: ↑Fri Mar 25, 2022 12:56 pmThe form he was in when he left us? Yes!

With Porter, Murimurivalu, Hegarty, Ashton & Saumaki also pushing for gametime.
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

TBH I'd be looking at him as Steward's deputy at 15 as a primary role. He would complement the various other perms of backline we have very nicely.

I’d put that down to the team and the environment, he is too good a player to have lost all his form.strawclearer wrote: ↑Fri Mar 25, 2022 12:56 pmThe form he was in when he left us? Yes!

I really find Cashton jibe a bit daft considering he's going to be on a pretty cheap deal for us. Not only that, he has slotted into the club and the squad well and has played well in the small opportunities afforded to him. Not sure what jabbing at our own players achieves tbh, let's get behind them.Wayne Richardson Fan Club wrote: ↑Fri Mar 25, 2022 10:37 am We could bring him back & not bother with Cashton, would suit me.
As for Jonah, i'd have him back in a heartbeat. A rare ray of sunshine in an otherwise dark period for us. Can cover 15 & wing, and as others have said - he has genuine gas. We have quick wingers, but i think Jonah would bring an extra level of pace, and I don't think would be on a lot of money. Certainly a better option than Kobus, and probably Kini too tbh.

Not for me, move forward, not back. Was a good player in a poor team.

Based on his performances when he was at Tigers, I'd have him back 100%. I haven't seen him play since though, so no idea if he's the same player now.

Totally agree but unfortunately certain posters just can’t help themselvesAViewFromLe2 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 25, 2022 3:10 pmI really find Cashton jibe a bit daft considering he's going to be on a pretty cheap deal for us.
