Lots of hit and Miss interpretation at the breakdown for me.. pretty random and at least 3 or 4 I think should have gone the other way.. but it’s evened itself out as he’s been equally hit and Miss for both sides. just my onion though.. clearly he knows more than me about refereeing than me so fair enough

Main one he got wrong was the pen in the 22 that Castre where he said his hands were on before he went round. That lineout was where Quins scored their 3rd try and it should have been French ball on the halfwayish.. other than that he's been alright I'd say.

No I do agree that there have been some very close ones at the breakdown. The key for me there is consistency if there are like like for like offences in the 2nd half.
As you say I’m sure he knows more than all of us and at least is trying some French

Castres discipline is absolutely terrible.. so many stupid penalties and unforced errors
