I’d love to believe that is real, but it sort of looks like someone has used the “inspect elements” feature on their browser to change the text of a normal post.

A 'media source' mate of mine says the Quinn's message has come from a hoax account, and Fissler is saying the club under investigation is Tigers.

Re: New Salary Cap Breach?
Historic is used quite specifically in the release, so its not the current team. Wouldn't surprise me if one of the disgruntled COVID leavers is now throwing accusations around.

"Leicester Tigers are aware of allegations made against the club regarding historic image rights payments.
The club is cooperating with Premiership Rugby, who are looking into the historic matter, and has met with representatives from Premiership Rugby to discuss the claims.
Leicester Tigers will make no further comment while the matter remains ongoing."

Re: New Salary Cap Breach?
The deliberate use of 'historic' makes it clear its not this season. I suspect those disgruntled and gone have a hand in this.
Leicester Tigers 1995-
Nottingham 1995-2000
Swansea (Whites) 1988-95
A game played on grass in the open air by teams of XV.
