Hope its nothing serious, Kelly has arguably been our most important back starting 17/20 league games

I can tell you now you will not be told anything by the club so it will be hearsay, rumours, guesswork and speculation as it always isGoshengareth wrote: ↑Mon Apr 18, 2022 2:36 pm Is there any info on the severity of the Kelly injury?
Are we to assume 2-3 matches for Chessum’s ill thought thru tackle?

Re: 21/22 Injury/Suspension Thread
judging by the way he went down and the fact he couldn't walk off unaided I'm going to guess 6 weeks minimum and hope I'm being pesimistic.
Sadly I've seen Leicester City players limp off with much less serious looking injuries and been out for a month this season

I will be surprised if we see him again before June, that was more than a strainJimmy Skitz wrote: ↑Mon Apr 18, 2022 3:57 pm judging by the way he went down and the fact he couldn't walk off unaided I'm going to guess 6 weeks minimum and hope I'm being pesimistic.

Fingers crossed he has a really low pain threshold and made it look worse than it was

Reaction to hamstrings is always like that, hence the term that the player has been hit by a sniper !! Grade 1 is 2-3 weeks I believe and it goes up from there depending on severity. Scott, Moroni and Porter will step up.

not always I've seen several Leicester City players simply stop running and go off injured when it was just a strain when a player does that its usually on the more serious end, hopefully just a pull not a full tearwestwinds31 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 18, 2022 7:34 pm Reaction to hamstrings is always like that, hence the term that the player has been hit by a sniper !! Today's training video, has a few people seen training e.g. Snyman, so looks like he's shaken off the knock he took.
Few people not seen, most notably Montoya and Dolly (who took a bit of a knock Saturday), in the scrum you see it's Clare and Vanes as the two hookers you see (plus a shot showing Cowan-Dickie also training elsewhere)

Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.
Re: 21/22 Injury/Suspension Thread
I cannot help thinking how the injuries to Hendersen, Martin and Montoya were caused as I cannot remember any of them being injured during a match unlike Dolly and Kelly

Re: 21/22 Injury/Suspension Thread
Montoya was limping towards the end of the Clermont away game, Martin apparently did his knee in training and I’m not sure about Henderson.

Henderson did his knee when he made a big break down the sideline in the 60 something minute against Worcester on 16th October 2021.
