Am I correct in thinking that Socino must count as a non-overseas player on residency ground or am I wrong?
Hehehehehehehehe

I’m still disappointed McPhillips has gone as he was youngish and had made significant improvements to his game. I’m still not sure about Freddie or Socinio. The Australian could turn out to be similar to Pat Howard/ Scott Hamilton!

“Positional flexibility” seems to be the desired skill set. Like the look of Hegarty. Don’t we need another quality lock?

Two good signings.
Hegarty has been playing 15 for the Reds this season, but is just as good at 10. Good versatility to have, especially when Ford and Steward are away with England.
I like Socino, more of a 12 for me but good depth at centre. Especially for me as Scott’s best performances I feel are always in the 13 shirt with Kelly alongside him.

So with news drying up on signings it appears we may have to wait a bit longer on any more
1. Do we expect more
2. How many more
1 - yes I reckon at least a prop, especially now it's confirmed Bower, Marfo & Dimen are leaving. One more prop incoming.
2. I'd say only 2 more to come in really. Prop and then either a lock or a back row. Lock is where we've lost more players, so it depends on where Borthwick sees Martin and Chessum playing next year if one or both is planned to play lock primarily next year then I'd say it could be either we see the new signing.
What do others think? Maybe tomorrow for extensions & then the last couple of new signings?

Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

Give me a
Prop - Loosehead or Tighthead
Lock/Backrower - Depends on Martin and Chessum IMO
13/utility back
Experienced attack coach

I dont think we need another utility back after today's signings, but I think we could do with a decent speedster winger, with more power than Olowefela. Completely agree on the rest.Scott1 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 21, 2021 2:40 pm+1RagingBull wrote: ↑Mon Jun 21, 2021 2:37 pm Give me a

I'm looking forward to Moroni and Socino playing together.

Rugby inside line now saying there is talk of a English youngster joining us as well they haven’t specified in which position maybe that’s the back row we are rumoured to be getting
