Seemingly heading rapidly toward senility .....Not long or far to go now , in fact, getting worse daily.....

Gloucester have announced the signing of Georgian centre Giorgi Kveseladze who joins the Cherry & Whites with immediate effect. Below here is the try he scored against Ireland:

If Gloucs. were forward thinking, should they not be considering letting May go and keeping Thorley?

I knew them guys at Ruck had a link to those behind Earhart's disappearance
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.
Re: Transfers & Rumours Non-Tigers 2020-21
One aspect of forward thinking is letting Thorley go. He was stood down at an England training session recently because he was so dreadful under the high ball. He backed this up in Gloucester's last prem game v Quins. There was one instance when he was yards away from a box kick. It's such a key part of the game for back three players now that it almost supercedes their ability with ball in hand, unless they're Shane Williamsesq.

Shane Williams now there is a little genius, Cheslin Kolbe the nearest to him these days.

Cheslin Kolbe, Jason Robinson, Shane Williams - in that order. Discuss.Wayne Richardson Fan Club wrote: ↑Thu Dec 17, 2020 1:10 pm Shane Williams now there is a little genius, Cheslin Kolbe the nearest to him these days.

Is that height order?Tiglon wrote: ↑Fri Dec 18, 2020 4:15 pmCheslin Kolbe, Jason Robinson, Shane Williams - in that order. Discuss.Wayne Richardson Fan Club wrote: ↑Thu Dec 17, 2020 1:10 pm Shane Williams now there is a little genius, Cheslin Kolbe the nearest to him these days.
Jason Robinson, Shane Williams, Cheslin Kolbe IMO in terms of ability.
Williams probably had more longevity than Robinson, but part of that is Billy starting out in the other code.
I don't think I've ever seen someone with a step as good as Robinson

What swings it to Kolbe for me is that he does what he does in an era where defence is king. The negative for Williams is that the other two both won a World Cup, whereas Williams is Welsh .TigerFeetSteve wrote: ↑Fri Dec 18, 2020 4:21 pmIs that height order?Tiglon wrote: ↑Fri Dec 18, 2020 4:15 pmCheslin Kolbe, Jason Robinson, Shane Williams - in that order. All incredible players and consistent proof that rugby shouldn't be all about the big guys.

Kolbe is amazing for the present era, I think the other 2 would still be as potent now, Shane was a half competent 9 as well.
The game needs more Kolbes less Underhills.
I wonder how Oz would of got on? We know what he would say, but not sure he would get a chance these days in England.
