Whilst it's a bit more nerve wracking as we haven't seen any official arrivals yet I prefer our way of doing it, announcing most depatures first and then hopefully announcing the incoming players, it'll mean we finish on the positive arrivals rather than negatives of losing good players.longlivethecrumbie wrote: ↑Tue Mar 02, 2021 5:59 pmI've heard similar from a good source.RunTigerRun wrote: ↑Tue Mar 02, 2021 5:32 pmNone confirmed yet, but I believe they may have a big turnover this yearTigerFeetSteve wrote: ↑Tue Mar 02, 2021 5:17 pm Have Worcester had a lot of outgoings? Hougaard apparently off
Schonert allegedly off to Chiefs
David off to Quins
Those are the rumours I've heard

Hougaard apparently wants to stay in the Uk to get citizenship but with Heinz and Chudley can see him leaving. Hadn’t heard the Schonert one, that and David is interesting. David has looked good for Warriors this season.
Will be interesting to see it play out.

I did read on one website today (apologies, can't remember which one) that Kieran Brookes is upping and moving to Toulon (apologies if this has been mentioned on here already)

I too would have loved him at Welford a few seasons ago but since then he has been in some extremely questionable incidents. Worcester are spending big but are they spending wisely? Not sure Heinz and van der Merwe are exactly smart aquisitions and I see them as panic signings actually.RagingBull wrote: ↑Tue Mar 02, 2021 4:57 pm Worcester also apprently signing Amanaki Mafi
A signing 5 years ago I would've really wanted us to make.
But since then I have zero desire for him at tigers even without Wiese
Formerly of Burbaaage (not Inkleh), now up north at uni

Nottingham sign Ben Betts (Prop), Luke Frost (Second Row) and Ben Sugars (Hooker) ahead of next season.
Betts former Tigers and Munster coming out of retirement.

Betts was rated highly with us if I remember rightly, moved on for more game time? Good to see him back.RagingBull wrote: ↑Wed Mar 03, 2021 12:25 pm Nottingham sign Ben Betts (Prop), Luke Frost (Second Row) and Ben Sugars (Hooker) ahead of next season.

Kyle Eastmond signed to Leeds rhinos on a 2 year deal

I'm happy that Ben has reversed his retirement decision. Injuries and Mark Tampin (a good player IMO) stalled his progress at Ealing but he's a talented player.RagingBull wrote: ↑Wed Mar 03, 2021 12:25 pm Nottingham sign Ben Betts (Prop), Luke Frost (Second Row) and Ben Sugars (Hooker) ahead of next season.

Dimen, Betts, Aniseko Sio, Owen Hills and Jake Farnworth adds a very Tigers feel to the Notts front row.
I was really happy to see that Charlie Thacker has another senior contract as well having joined Notts.
Any ideas where Harry Mahoney ended up after leaving the academy RB?

Kyle Eastmond has signed for Leeds Rhinos so that's all the players who refused a pay cut signed elsewhere
