Perry Freshwater will continue as Perpignan's scrum coach for at least another year, the job he's had since 2016.

Perpignan are currently enjoying a renaissance having been at the wrong end of the Top14 table for the last couple of seasons, and have had to play-off against the runner-up of ProD2 in 2022 and 2023 and won them both , they're now sitting in 7th place, only two points adrift of Toulon in 6th to qualify for the end of season play-offs.
