Good news for Marco. Hopefully he's feeling tip top and back to his best.

Great news! Still smells funny this whole episode to me though.

Sounds very much like he hadn't settled, concussion issues didn't help no doubt. Tigers got him off the wage bill before the cap reduced and he got to go back to the Bulls. Dress it up how the media guys/agents wanted it but I'm guessing that was it.

Couldn’t get any insurance for him is what I heard, South Africa have different guidelines. I just hope that when he picks up another concussion, and the way he plays he will, it doesn’t cause long lasting issues.

Seems logical as he’s a quality player so why head back to SA rather than get a contract in France where he would double his money. All the best to him.

Yes must be insurance then. It was just strange how he went from possibly never playing again (rumours I know) when with us to almost immediately playing again as soon as he left. That's how it seemed anyway. But good luck to him, genuine world class player and it was great to see him in a Tigers shirt!

I just wonder if he is putting money before his health, I hope for his sake he is being looked after properly.

You would think so! Insurance or not ,I refuse to believe that he would be thrown back in again if he wasn't 100%

Tom Hardwick signs for Ampthill...
Obviously impressed at Exeter, then? :smt017
From what I can find on the Ampthill website he certainly has not played in their first team for games in October & November.
Perhaps he has told Paul Turner that he is too good for them and he desires a return to a higher level club!! :smt043
Two starts and 6 points ~ dream on Tom! :smt009

I see Tom Hudson is now there as well. Must've followed Charlie Beckett.

He was captain on his last two starts in September.

Zach Henry, whose contract with Pau expires at the end of the season, has apparently struck a deal with Stade Français.
