Re: Season Tickets
Noticed this in the BBC news article:
"Small numbers of supporters will be able to watch outdoor sports, provided social distancing measures are followed."
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-53355001
So maybe just maybe some fans get to see some rugby when it reatarts...

Re: Season Tickets
This could be dependent on Leicester, yes they might come out of lockdown before the resumption date, but that might mean that the City will still be a couple of weeks behind in terms of reopening non-essential businesses etc so it might not be till September until limited capacity is allowed at WR.
Formerly of Burbaaage (not Inkleh), now up north at uni

With details announced for the resumption of the season and no realistic opportunity for large crowds admitted to games, Leicester Tigers have decided to activate the COVID-19 DONATE – CREDIT - REFUND process for 2019/20 season tickets and match tickets.
From Friday, July 24 we will be allocating your rebate as you requested in the online forms.
As there is no processing involved, DONATIONS will be allocated immediately, while CREDIT will be available from Monday July 27. If you have chosen the Credit option, details of how you can use this will be sent to you by email shortly.
The club will start processing REFUNDS from next week and this could take up to 30 working days before supporters see these funds in their account. Confirmation will be sent when refunds are complete.
Leicester Tigers chief executive Andrea Pinchen said: “We have received a tremendous level of support with more than 50% of season ticket holders leaving their investment with the club and, although we remain in a very challenging position, we feel it is the right time to complete this process so supporters are not left waiting longer than was necessary.
“The supporters have really put the CLUB FIRST during this period and we are very humbled by the support we have had across the board – so thank you. Everyone who left their money with the club has allowed us to be in the strongest possible position to support Geordie, Steve and the team.”
Director of rugby Geordan Murphy commented: “I had no doubt we would get a great response from our fantastic fans, and you haven’t let us down. For so many to give in such difficult times has been amazing and we just want to thank you all.”
The 2019/20 season resumes with an away game against Exeter Chiefs on Saturday, August 15 before Tigers host Bath Rugby on Saturday, August 22.

Basically no choice , and no opportunity to do anything else....
A pity really , have missed Welford Road and do wonder - taking age into account - just how many familiar faces there will be on our return there.Hoping ,as always for the best.

Seemingly heading rapidly toward senility .....Not long or far to go now , in fact, getting worse daily.....
