:smt023 That was the quote I had seen, not really seen it before, so I guess we can but live in hope?
The Fiji Sun article is quoting a Rugby Pass article, which itself appears to be an entirely speculative list of 'international locks who are out of contract'. It doesn't even mention Alemanno, who's been at the centre of rumours for months.

Piatau and Radrada are marquee, rest of backline should fall under cap.

Apparently a number of their players are still on contracts signed when they were in the championship. Be interesting when they come up for renewal as to whether they can keep them all :smt003

Morahan, Afoa & Luatua come under that category, I'd imagine once Afoa retires his wage can be used for the other two and therefore they can keep them.

Bristol squad lacks depth TBH and they have done well in terms of what positions had been hit by injuries.

Bristol are an international standard loosehead away from being a truly dominating team in my opinion.

Agreed. Also, taking a long term view, not always healthy to have a huge disparity between your highest and lowest earners, especially when your lowest earners are the guys who got you there in the first place.
I saw Marika Vunibaka play

No room for sentiment these days. The "sport" seems to have vanished from the game. Not just rugby of course. :smt022
