Not sure pairing two small lightweight centers is a recipe for success. Crash ball doesn't seem an attacking option. :smt009

Sarries:

15 Matt Gallagher
14 Rotimi Segun
13 Dom Morris
12 Brad Barritt ©
11 Alex Lewington
10 Manu Vunipola
9 Richard Wigglesworth
1 Mako Vunipola
2 Tom Woolstencroft
3 Vincent Koch
4 Will Skelton
5 Joel Kpoku
6 Nick Isiekwe
7 Sean Reffell
8 Calum Clark

Replacements
16 Jack Singleton
17 Richard Barrington
18 Titi Lamositele
19 Callum Hunter-Hill
20 Mike Rhodes
21 Ben Spencer
22 Tom Whiteley
23 Ali Crossdal

Crazy that Mako is playing for Sarries and not for England.

But from the strongest Sarries side that has travelled to Welford Road in recent seasons.

I see we have the battle of the Reffell's at 7!!

Big coincidence or are they actually related?

No mention so I presume a case of rotation. Lavanini has played a lot of games for us this season. Makes sense to give him a week off he's been massive for us and we want to see what Batley can bring to the table. Liebenburg has played a few games in succession after injury so is probably due a break as well.

We've got Sarries and Chiefs in the next two weeks. Sarries are strong at home but Chiefs have looked a touch wobbly of late. After that there's two key games with Bath at WR and then Castres. Sarries were always going to name a strong team for this game so makes sense to rest those who need it this week.

Sione Kalamafoni to captain Leicester...
Vastly underrated player, massive work rate and effort - hopefully the rest of the side will follow his example.
Really hope he's with us next year as an awful lot of his time thus far has been spent running into brick-walls and up blind alleys with little or no support.Would really want to see this guy as part of a dominant pack.
Seemingly heading rapidly toward senility .....Not long or far to go now , in fact, getting worse daily.....

They aren't related I don't think, Sean has England U18 and 20 caps and a home counties accent.

7-6 to Sarries 35mins, Spencer with a huge 35m carry, swatted aside Kpoku and a couple others on the way

Think you just answered your own implied question...
No, not that one!

Remember, whatever you do to the smallest of the backs you do to his prop, and you can't avoid the rucks and mauls forever...

I know you don't like it when I boo him but how else will he know he's wrong?
