I enter the ground at the WR end of the H&B stand approaching from the city side. There always used to be a programme seller positioned central to the large area in front of the turnstiles which serviced spectators approaching from both directions. Indeed, last season there were two sellers in this area, the other located at the top corner of the stand. However, for reasons difficult to understand the position of the seller has recently been moved further up WR to be located directly opposite the traffic light crossing point resulting in local congestion for people trying to cross the road. It also means that for someone like myself there are no programmes avail for sale on the approach to the ground without going past the turnstiles to join the crush further up WR.
Guess what, this is costing the club at least one programme sale for every home game
