The problem with our centres in recent times is the conundrum that is Manu. When fit for a period of time. Brilliant. When in and out of the side worse than useless. Not only does his own game suffer but those replacing him also have little time to gel and find rhythm.
It's sad, and I wish the lad no ill, but maybe other options would have constructively deepend the pool of talent in a critical position. We seem to have a different attitude with props!

They don't have the best recent prop either, that would be a lad from Hinckley now in the army, think a very young potential Vincent Koch and you wouldn't be far wrong.
