Halfpenny was seen at the Rec in Bath today.... more fuel to that fire..

Not only have Bath got our fav. Freddie Burns there for 2017/18 but have just signed 25 year old Josh Lewis ex Scarlets fly half from Ebbw Vale, (Shame we never saw him!) see - http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/rugby-union/39418614
Competition for Freddie and more so if Halfpenny comes too.

Bath are losing their first and third choice tens in the summer so they are signing replacements. If Lewis was so good Scarlets would be utilising him instead of letting play for Ebbw Vale. Squad filler.

Rumours are that after Toulon's defeat at Clermontin the Champions' Cup QF, Mike Ford could be packing his bags this week, instead of the end of the season!!

Once the last generation left there was neither the experience nor the will to knuckle down to proper coaching; Cockers has said how surprised he was by their lax attitude and structure-free training. They're reaping the fruits of cheque-book squad assembly.
Boudjellal hasn't invested enough in the club structure, and is discovering you can't buy your success permanently.

Sounds like old Bourad has already changed his ways. He's stated that Toulon will be French themed and develop it's next generation of players. He's signing mainly French players for next season for a starter. Probably more down to him no longer having the biggest cheque book in the league...
