Thomas The Tank scores a hat trick for Exeter v Warps.

Post by wormus »

Well done our ex TTTE for securing 3 of the 6 tries at the Ricoh.
Waldron, Parling & Salvi involved today to win Wasps 27 Exeter 41

However I still think our new back row options are better once tuned.

Will that be the Wasps bubble burst?
They had no answer to Chiefs driving mauls. Blaming Launchbury not playing.....dream on.

Possibly though I think Mike Williams will be a big loss if it is confirmed to be a broken arm.

Pity that 'game of the season' was spoiled by 'crowd of the season'

Chiefs did indeed look top drawer....

Sorry to spoil the love-fest with TTE and Exeter and good luck to them but I am more than happy with the showing of our new players and would rather sing their praises.
The last two games we have found a way to win and yet people still moan without taking account of the conditions that those games have been played in. The start to the season is one of our best for a long time and we still have quality players to come back.

I don't think there's anything wrong in praising Chiefs. I think they've done fantastically well and I also think our new signings have been excellent.

Let's praise Saracens and former Tiger Gustard. Then move on to Quins, Wasps and Bath, oh and dont forget Billy 12T's :smt003

Well I for one still miss TTTE. I know he wasn't so good at valeting as JC, but in terms of scoring trys he's on a different (car wash) level!! :smt003

Please don't refer to Crane as "JC". He's not the messiah...

I think we can learn by studying Exeter's structure in the driving maul. I quite like the idea of the man at the back pushing rather than just trailing along behind with the ball under one arm.

Yes despite leaving us for the chiefs he remains a good player, in his last season whilst playing for us opposing coaches seemed to have worked out a way to stop him, it's surprising therefore he continues to play that way for the chiefs and coaches seemed to have forgotten lessons learnt. I think Salvi and Parling were the chiefs best players on Saturday, unsurprisingly.

Well he does have "JC" emblazoned on his scrum cap to let him know who he is!
JC also means "Just Clean" of his car washing duties too. :smt045
