Sam Burgess, most likely!

According to the Mail on Sunday, as reported by Planet Rugby.

Lancaster does seem to have a 'big is best' mentality, hence Haskell and Burrell. He does not seem to be impressed by skill, hence no Eastmond or Wade. Burgess may well mature into an outstanding flanker, but he is not, and never will be, a centre. I cannot believe he can't see this.

The reason is due to AFs influence, they just can't learn from experience.
Nowadays referees decide matches, players by how much.

Now we see why doubters like me have severe doubts about Lancaster's brain, sense and actual ability. He is not fit to kneel at the feet of most AP coaches, frankly.

Notice how all his selections that have actually worked (Joseph,Ford)have been forced upon him. Then think about his howlers (Barrit, Manu, Brown on the wing, Wood no 8, Barrit, Farrel in the centre, Barrit, 12T, Lawes at blindside, Barrit)

Completely untrue. Neither Joseph or Ford were ready to play International rugby until this season.
He capped Joseph at 13 on the South African tour of 2012 in two or three of the tests, and he was out of his depth. (plus he had to play out side Manu). Neither of their selections this season has been forced on Lancaster.

Wood played 8, i think against Wales in 2013 when both number eights were injured. And the problem that day in the back row were largely down to the selection of Tom Croft who was patently unready for International rugby.
