Getting excited now, 10 is a nice number, so let's go for 10 unbeaten against the sinners, 10 finals appearances
Don't want to be a pedant, but I thought it was 10 unbeaten for us v Saints and tonight would be 11.
They could well have one eye on that final, enough of a weakness for us to exploit and there's no one better at finding a weakness than the Tigers
No chance of that in my opinion. Saints are more likely to have their minds on the Masterchef final than the Amlin :smt002

Meanwhile, I was thinking who is under the most pressure tonight? In my view: step-forward Mr Jim Mallinder. Surely he can't have many more lives left is we beat them tonight.

I've just had two things go far better than I could have hoped this afternoon, now I've got a feeling that Tigers tonight could/will be the third. Fingers, and everything else that can be, crossed. :smt023

Should be a belter tonight.

There is something primal about this fixture. In between matches I tend to calm down and think that it's not too big a deal, but now we're here I can feel my blood boiling just at the thought of Saints getting one over on us! It's a rivalry that gets transferred to anyone - even if they are not 'local boys' - who pulls on the Leicester or Northampton shirt.

But this is the best chance Saints have of ending the hoodoo that we have held on them. They look sharp and slick, and whilst we have the players to match them, we certainly haven't hit top gear yet. Some really interesting battles though - we will be targetting the scrum and I think Saints will look at our fringe defence, which has given away far too many easy metres this season. Lawes v Slater should be huge as well.

My preview and prediction for this game is here: http://www.ruckedover.blogspot.com

Absolutely stunning performance so far even scoring while Niki G was sin binned. Still biting my nails - that's the pessimist in me - but maybe a trip to Twickenham is on the cards. Fantastic, lads, keep it up.

Think I actually enjoyed Morris' tackle on Lawes more than either of the two tries...

Bowden was a bit unlucky, great tackle.

as the commentators were saying it was a brilliant hit and unfortunate with how far forward he was leaning meaning the tackle was only going one way

great attack - Saints player straight onto his arms and not even touching the ball to rip it - Saints penalty for Tigers holding on :smt017
